Return & Refund Policy


At HUMÆ, each piece is crafted with intention in Portugal to embody personal growth.


For our first hoodie drop, quantities are strictly limited.


Our Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the hoodie must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Because our drops are produced in strictly limited quantities, we cannot accept returns for change of mind if the return request is made after the legal 14-day period from the date of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@humaeclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


Please include:

Your order number
Photos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed correctly and may be refused.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for change of mind in the following cases:

Items returned after the applicable return period
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Items returned without tags or original packaging
Items marked as final sale, where this was clearly indicated before purchase


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your hoodie as soon as you receive it.


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at contact@humaeclothing.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will make it right as quickly as possible, in accordance with your applicable legal rights.


European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item within the timeframe required by applicable law.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable law.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
